Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to online workspace audit products purchased from Spinalrenewex through spinalrenewex.world, including the Essential Workspace Scan, Professional Governance Audit, and Enterprise Full Assessment.

1. Nature of Our Products

Workspace audit products are professional services delivered digitally. Unlike physical goods, audit work involves specialist time, analysis, and customized reporting. Refund eligibility therefore depends on engagement status and deliverables completed at the time of your request.

2. Cancellation Before Kickoff

If you cancel your purchase at least five full US business days before the scheduled audit kickoff and before we have begun substantive analysis, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that specific product. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to office@spinalrenewex.world with your order reference and organization name.

3. Cancellation After Kickoff

Once discovery interviews have commenced or platform inventories have been processed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. The refundable amount will reflect work not yet performed, minus a reasonable administrative fee of up to fifteen percent of the package price.

4. Completed Audits and Delivered Reports

After final audit deliverables have been sent to your designated recipients, purchases are generally non-refundable because the contracted service has been fulfilled. If you believe deliverables materially fail to match the published scope of your purchased package, you must notify us within fourteen calendar days of delivery with specific deficiencies documented in writing.

5. Remedies for Service Issues

If we confirm that deliverables did not meet the agreed scope, Spinalrenewex may, at its option, provide supplemental analysis, revise the report, or issue a partial or full refund depending on the severity and impact of the shortfall. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns before any chargeback is initiated.

6. Package Upgrades and Downgrades

You may request to upgrade to a higher-tier audit package before kickoff by paying the price difference. Downgrades requested before kickoff may receive a credit toward the lower-tier product or a partial refund of the difference, subject to administrative review.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: third-party pass-through costs already incurred on your behalf, rush fees for expedited timelines, custom add-on research outside standard package scope after delivery, and services explicitly marked non-refundable in a signed statement of work.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating payment disputes. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of future services. Spinalrenewex will provide payment processors with engagement records and delivery confirmation where applicable.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten US business days. Depending on your financial institution, posted refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

Submit refund requests to Spinalrenewex at office@spinalrenewex.world or call +1 713 332 3858. Include your full name, organization, purchase date, package name, and reason for the request. Our team will acknowledge receipt within two US business days.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our audit products or applicable consumer law. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
